Location Details

• IDENTIFICATION

  TWO JAMAICAN GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDs No-residents can substitute one of the two local IDs with one issued by their country of residence. Accepted IDs are valid Passport, Drivers License and National ID

• PROOF OF ADDRESS

  MOST RECENT UTILITY BILL E.g. JPS, NWC, Digicel, Flow

• REFERENCES

  TWO (2) REFERENCES are rquired. Also an ID for at least one of the two references must be presented

• DEPOSIT

  A refundable deposit is required for non-credit customers. The deposit is equivalent to the total cost for rental. E.g. if the total rental cost is $5,000, the deposit required would be $5,000.
